About the Program
Whether you are a former collegiate athlete looking to get back into the lanes, a triathlete wanting to shave seconds off your swim split, or an adult looking for a high-intensity workout, our Masters program offers a structured, professional environment. We know that every swimmer has different goals. Whether you’re here to grind out a coached set or just want some quiet time in the water, we have a spot for you.
What We Offer
- The Coached Experience: Follow a structured workout written by our staff. Our coaches are on deck to provide technical feedback, stroke correction, and interval pacing to help you reach your peak performance.
- The Independent Lane: Prefer to fly solo? Grab a lane and swim your own routine at your own pace. You still get the benefit of the team environment and pool access without the pressure of a formal workout.
- Community: Swim alongside motivated peers in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Flexibility: Practice schedules designed to fit into a busy professional and family life.

How to Get Started
- All swimmers must be registered with U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS) for insurance purposes. Select the button below to take you to the U.S. Masters Registration Page.
- Free trials are for first-time participants only and you still must be registered through U.S Masters swimming. Click here for your free trial.

The pool is located on the west side of Columbus East High School. The parking lot entrance for the pool is on the North Side of the building from Indiana Ave.
