Ages 6 to 12
Pre Team
Pre Team is a non-competitive group within Donner Swim Club that offers a streamlined season plan and group structure to prepare athletes ages 6-12 to join a competitive group of DSC.
All practices will be held at Columbus North High School.
Practice schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday | May 25th – July 9th *Memorial Day is May 25th, Monday practice might be moved to Tuesday, May 26th |
Things we will cover in Pre Team
- Proper body position in the water on front and back
- Blowing bubbles
- Kicking (flutter kick and dolphin kick)
- Streamlining
- Proper breathing techniques
- Backstroke technique
- Freestyle technique
- Breaststroke and butterfly technique (for 9yo and up)
